Our customer service representative (CSR) is the primary interface between our company and the public. He or she must have a positive attitude, be knowledgeable with respect to the industry, possess excellent communication skills, and have a genuine desire to help the customer. A potential CSR candidate must be computer literate. Experience with computer service scheduling programs and accounting programs is preferred.
